Using a black hole for galaxy wide transmission of audio and video.

FTL or Faster Than Light communication is needed to comunicate to the entire galaxy since light waves or radio waves traveling at light speed take thousands of years to travel the galaxy end to end.
Every time a black hole pulls in matter it generates gravity waves that travel instantly to the entire galaxy.
Whats required is a system to generate gravity waves that are the equivalent of our digital reproduction equipment for audio and video.
S.E.T.I. projects need to consider galaxy wide use if only to increase the chances of extraterrestrial inteligent contact.
